Om Namah Sivaya. The month of March started with Students came to open classes regularly. Om Namah Sivaya. We had a successful open day and a photo shoot for the next brochure. We were also happy to welcome Swami Durgananda and Swami Sivadasananda who came for one night to the Centre taking time during their stay to talk to staff and students giving inspiration and guidance. We welcomed Karma Yogi Kamala who arrived in the center on Sunday, which also brought new energy to the center. Our Centre held the strong energy to serve the community, up until the month of May, thanks to Guru’s blessing. Prahaladji visited the centre on 11th Sunday on his way back to Canada, on the same evening we arranged a special satsang led by him which was an amazing experience for all who attended the event including the staffs and karmayogis. By mid March Highlight of this week at the Center was the Headstand workshop on Sunday morning, students learned how to do headstand step by step. On Sunday Chin Mai (Chiharu) arrived from Neyyardam after completing ATTC and she will joining us until the end of April.
Sita Lakshmi came back from Neyyardam on the 13th and on15th Morning we did our monthly Ganapati Homa that created a beautiful energy for that whole day bringing several students for the evening class. On 9th, we concluded our evening beginners by wishing best luck to the students for their future yoga practice. We invited students and teachers from American School who attend the satsang and had a mesmerzing experience. We said good-bye to Karuna Devi, who returned to the Farm. We are grateful for your love and support as the Yoga Farm continues to thrive in this challenging time. We were happy to do our regular karmayoga of cleaning the premises and our staffs are having a pleasant time here with their regular sadhana and yoga practice. He seemed quite happy with the Yoga Vacation schedule and also took great joy in serving food and cleaning the Satsang Hall.

She will be here for one month to support while the main staff are away. Staff were very consistent and diligent with their Sadhana. Yoga practiced as a Sadhana (spiritual practice) gives multiple benefits, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Through regular Sadhana your life will experience a shift of consciousness, a shift of awareness. He organized yearly symposia on topics relating yoga to modern life. Durga Devi and Sundaram continued Yoga 1 courses, Satsang with Swami Sankariananda was full of energy with 15 people. Swami Sivananda lived most of his life living near Rishikesh, and he was deeply committed to providing health care. Swami Brahmananda guided course attendees through Patanjali Maharshi’s Eight Limbs of Raja Yoga and gave strategies for applying these teachings in daily life. Swami Jnaneswariananda was the last to leave us. Malavika decided to leave outside but she will continue to karma yoga here. We started a Raja Yoga Course. On Friday 16th we finished succesfully beginners course. Beginners Courses on Monday at 10 a.m. We started a Yoga 2 course and many courses are going on nicely, taught by both staff and also outside teachers. In January Montreal’s freezing temperatures, ice rain and storms did not stop our devoted students from attending classes, courses and Satsangs. By mid March on the 12th we started Ladies beginner course with a good number of students. The Kids classes continued with good energy, without any drop outs. We also offer you a wide schedule 7 days a week of online classes.
