It has a door in the door storage area which allows you to keep small quantities of food in a container that can be placed right inside the fridge door. It also comes with a convertible compartment that has five temperature settings for various types of drinks, snacks and meat. The Bosch fridge also has an intelligent home feature called Home Connect which you can use to control the fridge remotely using your tablet or phone.
The only negatives to this refrigerator are the weak main fridge drawer as well as the difficult to use main door latch that is right in the middle. LG Counter Depth

LG counter-depth refrigerators have a lot of storage into small footprints. They're also priced more affordably than standard-depth French door refrigerators and eliminate the requirement for a separate under-counter freezer. LG Smart Mirror InstaView counter-depth refrigerator (LMWC23626S) is no exception and offers the capacity of a standard refrigerator in a sleek, modern design with an internal dispenser for easy access to water that is filtered.
This model's exterior showcases a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish and a mirrored InstaView panel that adds to the modern look of the interior. The door bins offer plenty of space, and the top shelf can be folded to create a half depth shelf to accommodate taller items. The bottom of the refrigerator has a set of crisper drawers, while the full width deli drawer is ideal for meat and fresh produce.
The refrigerator is equipped with a recessed freezer on the back wall. This helps save space and allows you to store more bags of ice. The refrigerator uses door-cooling that utilizes vents in the doors of the fridge and freezer to push cold air into the refrigerator. It helps prevent hot spots and ensures an even temperature throughout the refrigerator.
This LG refrigerator stood out during our tests. It provides ample space to serve a family, but we noticed a few unsettling flaws. First the freezer drawers don't stay at the temperature we'd like. The temperature of the middle drawer climbed to 41° during our maximum use test, which is the temperature needed to freeze ice cream or other frozen food items. The temperature of the rest of the freezer was around 36 degrees.
The refrigerator doors also have handles that are sunken and are difficult for shorter people to close. This may seem minor but we prefer front mounted handles on refrigerators, as they are simpler to open and close.
This fridge is expensive, but worth it for anyone who wants an elegant look for their kitchen. This refrigerator is ideal for those looking to upgrade their fridge or are building new homes and want to have a seamless kitchen.
Samsung Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
Samsung's newest counter-depth French door fridge, the RF23M8090SG is priced at $4200. It's a good-looking model that boasts useful features like an autofill water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It also performs well in our cooling tests, although we're not fans of its plastic handles and the bins with a crisper design feel a little flimsy.
One thing that sets the RF23M8090SG apart is the Bespoke line, which lets you customize your fridge with removable colored panels that can be swapped out whenever you get tired of the current ones. There are 11 different colors including soft pastels, more vibrant hues, and four metallic finishes. The panels can be customized to include photos or text. This makes the fridge more personal and can be matched to your Rick Owens dress, Andy Warhol banana neon or tie-dye Crocs.
You can even change the color of the refrigerator's LED lighting, which is pretty. The interior of the refrigerator features a sleek finish that minimizes smudges, and makes cleaning easy. The only negatives to the RF23M8090SG are its slightly congested beverage center and a bit of a learning curve when it comes to opening the door-in-door feature which houses a water pitcher as well as a dispenser. You need to feel for the lever that is located under of the door about halfway down. Once you have it the second door opens up within the fridge, containing the docking station for the pitcher and the water dispenser.
The 6.8 cubic foot freezer compartment is large enough to hold a large amount of frozen food. It also features a slide-out drawer that lets you access the food you need without opening the entire compartment. The freezer also comes with a butter-bin style compartment to store small items, as well as a large capacity storage drawer that can store larger quantities of frozen food. The drawer can be locked using a password to keep intruders out and has a handy LED light to allow you to see
what is a french style fridge freezer's inside in a glance. The freezer can also monitor the energy consumption and help you lower your power bills by through the SmartThings Energy Mode.
Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
French door refrigerators are a great addition to any kitchen. They look clean and are a great fit for any size of room. If you're looking to enjoy the convenience of this design without the additional height, a counter-depth refrigerator is the
best french door fridge with ice maker option. We've tested many of them, and this particular Frigidaire model has earned a high score in our ratings due to its affordable price and thoughtful features such as an adjustable temperature drawer.
It also has some annoying problems. Our tests show that the FGHB2866PF is able to warm up quite some in the freezer, and it can get uncomfortably warm on the refrigerator's outermost shelves. This is evident in our heat maps, which show how the interior temps fluctuate minute by minute. The orange region in the top right, representing the butter bin, has been particularly warm throughout the time we tested. That might not seem so bad at first glance however, it means that the fridge is spending a large portion of its time above 33 degrees.
It's worth noting that this model is not Energy Star certified, which could be important for certain buyers. But the real problem here is that it's just not a great refrigerator, and the absence of modern features and robust construction make it difficult to recommend it over better models at this price point.
In many ways, the Frigidaire looks and feels like the stainless steel version of a fridge that you might see at the local appliance store. It's a good choice with a brushed-finish that looks nice and is resistant to smudges. However it's not offering much to differentiate itself from rivals who are more feature rich and more affordable.
If you're seeking a counter-depth French door fridge but don't want to spend much then the FGHC2331PF could be worth looking into. It offers enough storage for many families, and is able to keep food fresh. And even if it isn't an energy-efficient model, it doesn't have the same price tag the same amount as our top-rated models do.
